Beesthorpe
Hall

Beesthorpe Hall is an old manor house set in extensive gardens and woodland. Only six miles from the market town of NewarkThe Music Room it is located in what many consider to be the prettiest part of Nottinghamshire

The hall is family owned and offers a warm welcome and a tranquil atmosphere.

The house has an interesting history, the oldest parts being Tudor. More recently it featured in the second series of "Auf Wiedersehen Pet" under the guise of "Thornley Manor" and was one of the main settings for "Workhouse Prophecy: A Nottinghamshire Ghost Story"

Beesthorpe Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies and is the ideal venue for a delightful English country wedding. For couples planning to marry in 2008 we have still a number of dates available in the coming summer!

Forthcoming:

Philosophy Day. With Robert Kirk, Emeritus Professor of Philosophy, Uninversiy of Nottingham.
